  • Login to  and go to order tab. Click on cancel request.
  • Upon clicking on cancel request, request for order cancellation/exchange/refund as the case may be will be raised and to confirm the appropriate or applicable reason(s) techpc7’s representative will contact to concerned consumer(s) via e-mail and/or phone number available in our database.
  • The representative shall resolve the issue within 48 Hrs. Which shall start from the time of cancel request made and this exclude weekly holiday i.e. Sunday and other National holidays.
  • Representative shall register the complaint upon knowing the proper reason(s) and categorize the same into RETURN/REPLACEMENT/REFUND.
  • It is the duty of the customer making such complaint to ensure his/her complaint is put in correct category as subsequent modification will not be allowed.
  • The aforesaid conditions specified in point number 5 & 3 is applicable only in the case of B2B transactions. Transactions except B2B will be entertained on daily basis.
  • Any customer finds same product defective for 3 or more times in the case of B2B and in the other case 2 or more times has right to apply for refund directly.
  • Once aforesaid process is done return will go through verification process.


  • Keep ready all the requisite item in original condition (as received) you wish to return for a smooth return process.
  • Along with item invoice, original packing, price tag, freebies, accessories, etc. also required.
  • Live photos and videos of requisite item is also required. Which shall be shared  .
  • To share banking details in case of order is made on cash on delivery basis. As we only refund through banking channels.
  • Check the products thoroughly for example its color, size, bad shipping condition as we only accept return/refund/exchange request (in case of generic products without warranty) if such product performance is not good.


  • Resolve the customer grievances in stipulated time.
  • Understand the customers need.
  • Make customers understand about the return and refund policy through suitable mode of communication.
  • Provide seamless return/refund/exchange experience to the customers.
  • Go through product verification process if requested by customer
  • In case of damage/wrong product in hand return facility shall be provided.
  • Put the customer’s request under correct category i.e., return/refund/exchange.
  • Take other necessary action to address the consumers complaints.

How much time return process take?

As soon as you fill return form online you will be get confirmation mail and/or message to put your request under correct category I.e., return/exchange. This might take up to 48 hours.

Once your request is confirmed we provide:

  • In case of product return we initiate refund within 7 working days from the date of product received at our workplace.
